Earthworks Training and Assessment Services Pty Ltd was founded in 1996 to provide quality training and assessment services for the civil construction and road infrastructure industries across Australia. The company’s primary purpose and guiding principles have never changed and the company has since evolved as a leading and respected professional registered training organisation and a proactive advocate for the traffic management, civil construction and road infrastructure industries.

Our Training Assessment

We provide specialist traffic management training and assessment critical to the continuity of industry and infrastructure to the Northern Territory. As national registered training organisation we continue to:
- Deliver safely, quality traffic management training and assessment to the Northern Territory.
- Maintain the integrity and quality of our training and assessment services.
- Ensure business continuity and
- Champion safe work and health practices in the workplace.
Physical distancing and hygiene control measures implemented during training and assessment are reasonably practical to minimise the spread of and risk of exposure of COVID-19 during training and assessment courses and across work sites.

Access, Inclusion & Foundation Skills

Course participants are encouraged to make ETAS trainers and assessors aware of any specific learning requirements to ensure learning strategies are discussed and are self determining - the ultimate goal being to achieve maximum participation, capacity and capability during training and assessment sessions.

Training and training support personnel strive to ensure course participants have every opportunity to complete their training and assessment. It is of significant importance a training and assessment course is completed and course participants take way with them not only the necessary theoretical and practical skills to work in and contribute to the resources and infrastructure industries but also a sense of accomplishment and achievement. GENERAL

What is an RTO?
An RTO is a Registered Training Organisation, a registered training provider to deliver vocational education and training services. As an RTO, Workzone is a certified provider of nationally recognised training and qualifications.


Will I be offered a job after completing a course with ETAS ?
We regularly employ staff throughout Northern Territory and South Australia, and encourage you to apply through our website Workzone Territory or Workzone Traffic Control.


What is your Cancellation/Refund Policy?

Do I have to attend in person?
Each course offered has a requirement for attendance to meet the competency. Please review each course information.

Can I use CITB Funding?
To receive the CITB training subsidy you will need a valid CITB number.  Courses eligible for CITB funding will allow you to book with your CITB Number to receive the contribution against your course fee.  More details about training subsidies can be found here.
